36, 18, 33

Grown up into perfection; no flaws, no wrongs, just inclination. 36, 18, 33. That’s what she was surrounded with when she was born, ‘till the day where she became too cool blundered like a thorn. Soon, it wasn’t playing with Barbie that made her satisfactory, her remedy was now portraying herself as close to her as possible. Make-up, fashion, boys. That’s all that mattered. Nothing more, but to replicate herself into Barbie. Perfect? Couldn’t be that difficult. Thirteen years of age and she had never realized that when she was just a child she was pleased with this doll presented to her because it was her best friend, a harmless toy, At the time of course; now she was intoxicated with the doll’s beautiful perfection, but she was thirteen, hadn’t that been what the world taught her, to play coy. And once that cute, adorable toy is modified into coy… Well, then Barbie is tampered as a dangerous weapon. First day back at school, everyone notices her. What she hadn’t been noticed her whole life was currently being recovered. “Wow Sally, you look great!” another “doll” persisted. “Nice upgrade, t-shirts were never really your thing you know.” She felt pride streaming in her veins, boiling with excitement. She was too busy taking in such wonder that she hadn’t quite noticed what she had been told; “about time you got rid of yourself and became another glammed up prom queen” But hey, she finally fit in. She was finally perfectly beautiful enough to be spoken to. She devoured the feeling so sweetly, and even though she knew she’d lose her true self forever she couldn’t help, but crave more sensation. Being noticed just felt so perfect; she should have started coating herself with the right lip-gloss a long time ago. She should’ve tossed that innocently sweet, cotton-candy, flavored lip-gloss for her puckered-up, candy-apple, daring new one a while back ago. Barbie’s beauty was now her inheritance. She felt the perfection within her. Starting here, her new best friends that will accommodate her will be: MAC, Gucci, and Cosmo.
