4 am

It's been two weeks since you left me To suffer on my own We will never be anything more than friends I feel it in my bones It's been a while since I've done this much crying These are the thoughts I think about When it's four am and your sleeping but I'm dying I only keep you close So I can make believe That you still care And you still have feelings for me You don't know what it's like to love someone who doesn't feel like trying These are the thoughts I think about when it's 4am and you're sleeping but I'm dying I wanted to be over you And be alone again. Surrounded by the clouds In my world of play pretend This way i keep my sanity But instead I'm really lying I'm looking for a reason to live A reason for surviving These are the things I tell myself when it's 4 am and you're sleeping but I'm dying
