(42) Heartbroken 01.24.2024 @ 1:49am
I find myself missing you.
I fell for you, leaving an eternal bruise.
You found your way towards my heart.
Our relationship soon departed.
Upon this cold black heart;
An open wound caused by a razor sharp dart.
Never in all my years have I felt like this before.
Part of me died, seeing you walk out the door.
I’m lost in the chaos, roaming alleyways at night.
Drinking away my sorrows until I feel right.
This is more than just a minor change.
I feel so out of place and it feels strange.
Since the break up, I’ve been dwelling in agony.
Reminiscing our first kiss on the balcony.
Holding each other in pure ecstasy.
We weren’t perfect, but we lived a fantasy.
Her kisses made a youngin’ feel special.
She was my angel and I was her little devil.
Each day that passes, I miss her deeply.
She took me to another level of intimacy.
I miss your lovely touch.
In my room rolling up a vanilla dutch.
I can’t forgive myself, I know I lied.
I miss holding you when you cried.
I’ll always cherish those special memories.
I ended up losing you, shamefully.
You left a constant void within me.
If I kiss you one last time, will you let it be?
I haven’t slept since that night.
Days like these, nothing feels right.
Regrets & sorrows roams the atmosphere;
I’m in my feelings, wishing you’re here.
Life progresses while I remain in agony.
Soon it became known, it’s not all about money.
Disintegrating in this four cornered room, in mourning.
Nothing but cloudy days, always storming.
You forgave this wicked soul.
Filled me with hope, I thought we’d grow old.
My body’s feeling tired;
My mind stays awake.
Dozing off as I swerve in my lane.
In the moonlight, I see your pretty face.
Intoxicated by your ecstasy, I took it with ease.
I just want you to come back, please.
In my dreams, you stare into my soul.
I stare back with these tormented pupils.
Day after day shedding tears.
I cannot accept this as my reality.
Considering pursuing my suicidal wish.
Wishing I didn’t have to deal with any of this.
I’m roaming this earth with no sense of direction.
My nightmare has come to life, resurrection.
Time was never in our favor.
You brought joy into my life, savor.
I can’t force you to love me.
I hate to let go but we weren’t meant to be.
Looking at my wrist with intentions to slash.
I’m damaged goods, now throw me in the trash.
These days, I could care less if I crash.
I’m suicidal and ready to become a pile of ash.
I cried enough for one lifetime.
I’m ready to release my soul into the sky.
I can’t even consider starting over again.
I don’t have anything to offer except pain.
It’s time for me to seal off my heart.
I can’t forgive you for tearing it apart.
What goes around comes around.
I hope you’re happy with the new love you found.
Like my mother said, love comes and goes.
Little does she know I can cure it with a dose.
There’s nothing dope can’t fix.
Good luck to the next guy that falls for her tricks.
