On The Vietnam Memorial
Strung across slabs
Of black granite,
I wonder what stories.
They might tell?
Of their Dreams.
And their Fears.

Sometime in the late 1980s a friend ask me if I would go with hime to view the 'Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall in Lansing, Illionis.

he had did service with the 25th U.S Army Division, while had served in Vietnam in two Marine Corps Divions, the 3rd Marine Division in 1965.

And the 1st Marine Division in 1967, I saw the deaths of a numbers of Marines.

But I was not prepared to seeing all those names on those panels.

They just blew me away.
