6 Strings
Symbolic things they are
Or appear to be
My six strings
Each of it's own
Character
Individual in it's
Simplicity
My six strings
String E
Everybody loves it
A beautiful sound
Deceptive sound
Made from echos
You can't quite escape
My E string
Irresistible
String A
Accurate and accepted
Widely renowned
Sounding peace
Through its vibe
And different perspectives
My A string
Glorified
String D
Dampened but powered
By a misconceived sound
Misunderstood sound
Quite chilling of a noise
An underrated piece
My D string
Questioned
String G
Guided yet misled
Backwards in reality
Resented through the eyes
Of The beholder
But welcomed in mine
My G string
Contradicted
String B
Beautifully over-tuned
A high pitch
Bellow of sorts
Hard on the ears
But easy on the mind
My B string
Uncontrolled
String E
Everybody hates it
Resented and disrespected
Underrated and unloved
Perceived as my worst string
For reasons unknown
My E String
Scorned
Six different strings
Six different sounds
Six different looks
Six different abilities
Six different strengths
Six different weaknesses
All my strings
A piece of me
Sections of my being
Reside in these strings
They play the sound,
Produce the music,
My separate personalities
Instruct them to
My six strings...
My six faces...
