On in 60

"60 seconds"

I look around.

People running to their posts.

Lights being adjusted above my head.

Look down.

Still in the right cloths.

"50 seconds"

I look to my side.

A Mirror

My make up is on just right

My hair is parted just the way I like it

"40 Seconds"

Still looking

My cloths look brand new

They match my blue eyes

And my brown hair

Am I standing up right?

Am I slouching?

"30 Seconds"

Make faces in the mirror

What emotitions can I emit?

Can I look happy?

How about sad?

Gotta add that silly face

Perfect

"20 Seconds"

They roll out the cameras

The set is now void of people

Except me

And the furniture

Yet you can still here people running around behind the camera

"10 Seconds"

Oh god

What were my lines again?

Do I say that before or after I sit down

Oh good, I prompter

"We're on in 5"

Brace yourself

"4"

Loosen up. Can't seem tight

"3"

Blink. Blink and breath. Don't forget the basics

"2"

Well, here I go. Wish me luck

"1"

No regrets now

"And we're live"

...

I wake up. Not to an alarm, but to a knocking.

"You're needed on set."
