a cycle
people don't care about phobias
they just say "stop being a wimp and get over it"
but I can't "get over it"
coming from someone with emetophobia
I tried everything, from exposure therapy to physiotherapy
I force myself to watch it, read about it
yet solution after solution won't work
I'm trapped in a cycle of fear
