the lock no longer works,

so please steal as much as you want.

he staggers his steps,

but helps himself to my gold rings and valuable things.

i hand him a silk pillow case.

don't forget the money in the bed.

he kindly nods,

and quickly stocks his case full of hundred dollar bills.

when he was done,

he quickly went to run,

but slowed his hurried pace.

no need to rush,

you can take my car,

on your hurried way.

i hand him my keys,

quickly he leaves,

and speeds without a farewell wave.

i pick up the phone,

and dial 911,

and report my car stolen.

within the hour,

the burgalor is found,

my things returned,

a new lock on my door.
