AB poem
I’m tired
Living my life like this
Wrongly wired
I can feel death’s kiss
So close to the edge
I back away but I can’t find a way
Standing on a ledge
I see the sun set on the bay
A beauty so divine
I’ll live my life even if I don’t want to
I tell them I’m fine but im looking for a sign
The sky’s so blue
I can’t hold back the tears
I have a lump in my throat
My heart feeling all the fears
So I took everything and I wrote
And put my life on paper
All my feelings on display
I sound like a rapper
I have a lot to say
Feeling so broke
And I’m not talking about money
Feel like I’m choking on smoke
You think you’re so funny
Making jokes
Go ahead, give me the side-eye one more time
I can’t help but feel like I’m alone
Everyone’s against me
All I hear is sticks and stones
But I just wanna feel free
A glimmer of hope
Shine down on the sea
Im standing on a tightrope
I never guessed I feel so hurt to a degree
I just want to let go
I want out
But ill I can do is glow
Because everything will workout
I’ll leave the pain behind
To find my peace of mind
