Abandoned

Lost in a wondering world Trapped in the past by stories untold The first emotions was momentarily Emerging facts prove love has been treated unfairly Abandoned the days became uncountable Years went passed unnoticeable Happiness held hostage that surrounds dark memories Locked in a ghostly home of fantasies Abandoned The silent screams of emptiness Reminiscing on the preceding happiness Abandoned like Kolmanskop   In a downcast land dispossessed from the top Abandoned Lost in an undesirable world That’s flooded with winter’s cold  A howling sound from love of condemnation Like the sun fighting for a little affection Abandoned
