abandoned

times like this I wish I had you

talk to you, give me advice like a mother suppose to

but the streets is what you ran to

I was thinking damn "who you love more"

as I write this and my eyes start to water

how can you abandon your kids especially your lil girl

I can't even explain how much I've been hurt over the years, but I think it's about that time I dry up all the tears

moving forward and forgiving you has always been on my mind

but I still don't think it's the right time

I don't want to wait to late cause the words may be harder for you to take

as I lay my head on your shoulder and begin to think what life could have been

I'm still trying to put the pieces together but it still doesn't make sense
