abash
We call that time “before.”
a place of still Empty space,
trace of order but clinging to naught
Heavy hearts and compromised promises
Of second guessing and …
Second guessing
The lost value of a dollar spent to get inside
where one does not belong
Set course for abysmal blue
Asphyxiated. Transfixed.
Then there’s you.
Organic lines in fine designs
Showing all possibility
A single touch of red and yellow
Warming up the hue
Of hidden truths and purity.
So fearless and unafraid
Changing me
Because I love you.
