Abortion
I feel ill when I think about it I don’t think I will ever remit I’m not like you or her or him I can’t commit At least to this type of thing I know I don’t have a ring Or a boyfriend but this wasn’t a fling I’ve created life that gave me life Before this baby I felt like my life was on thin ice I was cracking and with every crack The ice melted in my watery protection I call skin I was mortified I was stretched thin But I had no choice You let me give up the one person Who could’ve loved me back With no remorse I had no resort Before I knew I was pregnant I wanted To cut my life short Who are you to tell me I’m young ! Or I’m not ready ? Who are you to say this baby is not The best option ! I could’ve choose adoption You’ve ruined me I hope your happy This life I live I could never be happy And you stripped it from me As if you couldn’t wait to take it from me I’ll never forgive you You weren’t really tryna help All along you were the issue Were you tryna fix me because I’d never fix you If I had known better I would’ve Never went Through with it The way you went about it You were cruel with it How could you know what you know About what I went through And still go through with it You jelled to me And made it seem like it was one thing But really it was another I could see the hatred in your eyes For what I had done as if I was any other But I have No hate in my heart Because I’m not you But yet If I don’t hate you Why do I hate everything you do I hope karma is a bitch Because I couldn’t be Ima let you reap what you sow So I can find some inner piece
