About Me

A wise person once told me

It’s not about me.

It’s about those who come before me

and those who come after me

Thus, I must do

most anything I can

To make our days much cooler

And our lands more greener

And our glaciers more solid

And our cities rise higher

So that in

100 and

1,000 and

10,000 and

100,000 and

a 1,000,000

years from now

People can look back and think,

A wise person once told me

It’s not about me.

It’s about those who come before me

and those who come after me
