Above Hell

It feels as if the whole world is against me.

There is a weight on my shoulders as I walk across a thin glass floor,

It shatters.

As I fall there is a slight hesitency,

Wondering if I should fall or grab onto the ledge.

I grab on.

As I pull myself, I am careful of the sharp edges.

I am up.

I feel light, I feel free.

The world is no longer against me.
