The Absence of Love
Love is not accidental.
The instrumental use of love is detrimental.
The common yet complex characteristic of someone to be complemental
All becomes remiss
In the absence of love
Love lacks a sense of lust,
The rusting crust of an empty shell of mistrust
That slowly withers away to dust leaving behind nothing but disgust.
“Love’s true kiss” often happens
In the absence of love
Love can not be found in apperception
The misconception that a meaningless erection
leads to an insignificant conception
is a deception made
In the absence of love.
Love is not gifts, flowers, or familial relation.
It is not empathic speech or sexual stimulation.
There is a kinship between those who collectively struggle through trials and tribulation,
but love is so much more than this.
Love is the changing of life.
The total annihilation of strife.
The disembodiment of a friend in the creation of a wife.
Love is sacramental.
Love is nurturing a child.
Smiling while styling the bambino to be beguiled.
The debt of your upbringing, reconciled.
Love is parental.
Love is comforting those in need
Whether pleading with those who cry and bleed
Love is impeding the greed and extending the creed
That love is transcendental
Love requires sequestration and transformation
Love has condition and domination
Love is the monotonous rendition of mindless replication
Love has a gender, race, opinion and definition
