Acid Rain

All of my poems are about you

I am not allowed to cry anymore

I have cried too much already

So now the sky is crying for me

the weather is cold.

I used to get a bit sad when it would rain,

and you asked me why.

You said rain washes away all the bad

You said rain was beautiful

because it gives everyone a fresh start.

Now you're gone

I still tried to embrace it

but it's been hours and I am not new

my hands are wrinkly and frozen

even the rain sided with you,

I have nothing left
