Act

Colleges say they want: a diverse population, indiviuals, LEADERS, smart people, Students who give back to the community, .... You know the rest, but it all becomes blah blah blah because even though you ARE THE BEST, it all comes down to 2 little numbers on the TEST. Want to qualify to apply for that scholarship? Let’s see that 30 to 36. It’s not the “Act” in action that gets the money; it’s the ACT in ACTion. It is too late for me, but hopefully colleges will wake up and value the real “Act” in action.
