The Actress

Costumes, makeup, lights

Performing on that stage,

faking love and rekindling fights,

embodying all of your rage.

Here I feel safe,

like I have found a purpose in my life,

to sing, act, dance , and keep faith

that I have done it all right.

It's a feeling nothing can replace.
