Acts of Service

Because I love you…

You can go to the party

Just call me if you feel uncomfortable and you need me to get you

Because I love you…

I will tie your shoe

Even though you’re a grown woman with four kids

Because I love you…

I will tell you daily how much I love your eyes

Regardless of how dark the bags are under them

Because I love you…

I’ll do the dishes today

You’ve worked hard enough

Because I love you…

You will be my number one choice

Until the day I die
