Adaptation

what does this mean? to stand as fleeting life slips like grains of sand through my fingertips- like wind blown through my hair To feel a sense of anhedonia... nothing satisfies, im grasping for more. where i search, it will not be found this sense of fulfillment mixed with the rush of adrenaline standing at the edge staring down and ready to take flight yet my wings are tied Will you set me free?
