Addicted

(poems go here) I am addicted. I am addicted to the sounds of the beautiful melody playing through my ears In my addiction, my life is filled with wonderful laughter and no fears In my addiction, I am glad to feel happy as i have never been I am addicted. I am addicted to the love i share with my family. In my addiction, I hate to think about my past In my addiction, the real me becomes angry and leaves a mark on my heart like a cast I am addicted. I am addicted to learning In my addiction, betrayal comes in the form of revenge In my addiction, I struggle to stand up and say yes i can sometimes I am addicted. I am addicted to writing In my addiction, I am hiding the real me inside of me In my addiction, I’m in a constant battle with myself and others I am addicted.
