Addicted to Going

As I wake up

I have my towel in hand

Brushing my teeth

Putting on clothes

To go

To school

I have a test today

Papers due tomorrow

I'll study after

I go

To work

The register opens

Don't forget to smile

Hold on I need

to go

To volunteer

And read to those children

That were once me

Who just want

To go

To somewhere

Better. To be proud

Of who they are

And where they are

going.
