Addiction

It's a black whole

and I am stuck.

I feel like my body just wants to give up.

surrounding this dark place

is bricks trying to hold me back,

hold me back from something,

something painful, yet soothing.

Soothing to the pain,

but these bricks aren't held tightly together.

You see,

these bricks are loose

and not stacked high.

All I have to do is push,

push the bricks untill they fall.

Just one step into the world,

A world full of nothing good,

and this world is revolved around

healing the pain,

with one little capsule.

In that capsule

is not the answer to my pain,

but my mind is possesed to think otherwise.

I love it.

It changes everything.

Everything goes from dreary to peaceful,

but only for a short time...

You see,

my relationship with it has ended

although it still lingures in my mind,

like a feeding paracite.

It's over for us.

I have a future to pursue.

I will fight,

fight everyday untill my last breath.

Pain,

the pain will heal without you,

so this is goodbye.

Goodbye forever...
