Addiction

Raising from the ashes

Hunting for stashes

Staring at the atomic flashes

Death rains from the sky

The end is nigh

The world is ending

Your left defending

Whats left

So much of a heft

You should've kept in the ash

Becasause of the bloody gash

Having Mutations to mash

Saving bottle caps

Scrapping the cash

Wearing the sash

Your alone

Weary in tone

Cut to the bone

Sad and wounded

Terrified and scarred

Your friends unparred

They are lost

Your in pain unlike most

You are the only one who cannot boast

Killing to live

Stealing to give

All hope is broken

The monsters awoken

Enemies provoken

You try and hide

But your body won't abide

You've been taken over

As the parasites hover

Your the parasites was your cover

You remember your lover

Your beloved wife

Your whole life

Your break free

You finally see

Can finally be

Finally break the addiction

Finishing your mission

Breaking away form your histerical vision

Of a nuclear fission
