Addiction

It starts off as fun time.

It takes you away to worlds unknown.

It makes sure all your fortunes are thrown away.

It comes in the form of bottle.

Every sip gets harder to swallow.

As you begin to turn red with rage.

Beating your children and fighting with lovers.

Addiction is an evil thing.

If only it was gone.

If only you would still be here.
