Addiction

All the time, I struggle with this addiction;

Four yours but feels like a lifetime confliction.

Some say it's okay, some say it's a sin;

but in my heart, I feel like I may never win.

I pray to overcome it, for Him to help me everyday;

instead I slip up, allowing lust and temptation to get in the way.

Everytime I watch it, I'm playing in Satan's hands;

and it hurts inside, like bladder filled with sand.

Even though I am Christian, weird that I feel like I'm not;

mainly because of this curse, that I despise a hell of a lot.

I can't wait for it to vanish, for it to go away;

yet no matter how hard it is to fight the batle, I'm here to stay.
