Addiction

Why is it without you I can not live?

Why is it that you take my breath away?

Its because of you that I have this ever growing wave of terror in my heart,

This wave seems it may never cease to cut me apart,

But somehow when I see your smiles these waves calme,

Flowing through my body like a drug in my veins,

I'm an addict to your love and somehow I pray this may never change,

Like an addict without your love I wouldn't be the same,

Erratic, violent, they'd call me insane,

But yes i'm an addict,

And proud to be,

Because if I weren't,

I'd have no clue who I might be,

You are are me,

All of you flows through me,

So again I call you my addiction but others may just call you family,
