“I see the moon, the moon sees me, the moon sees somebody I want to see. So God bless the moon, and God bless me, and God bless the somebody I want to see.”

-Jim Brickman

The moon, is lucky

The moon gets to see your face every night

and we, no longer will.

The moon, shines just a shade brighter whenever you are around

you have your own spot light

but the moon doesn't even need to shine,

because you bright up the world all on your own.

but nevertheless, the moon shines down

at your golden hair and

bright eyes.

and you just smile.

I will miss that smile.

We will all miss that smile

God bless us all,

That smile will be missed

god bless the moon

for looking after the girl with the golden hair and the shining smile

and god bless that girl
