ADRIFT

I always thought, deep down, it wAs easier to avoid your problems
I never wanted to accept it, my parents would be Disappointed in the person that I had grown to be
I know I have gRown to be lots of things
But I felt something that had grown Inside me, something heavy
It was quiet, and it was the type of thing that Fears being open so it buries deep deep down
Instead of revealing it and ripping it out, i leT it sit, and bury it in blankets of thoughts
