Adrift Athena

I am the wife of King triton,
My “death” came as quite a frighten.

I was forced to disappear,
And I was sentenced to a life here.

It is cold and dark,
Out in the deep seas of Denmark.

The heartache is too much to take,
I knew I would have to pay for my mistakes.

Before I was Queen, I was a sea spy,
Here I am now, trapped in a prison forced to standby.

I wish this wasn’t my realty,
I need someone to discover me.

I’m scared and want my family back,
We would all be happy and be ready for a Kodak.

I plead, please let this be a terrible dream.
I plead, please let this be a terrible dream.
