Adulthood

Preperation

was never enough.

Walls so large

but still I puff

I stay tough

though it can be rough

I may fall

but I stand tall

I will stay diligent

always remaining vigilant

no one was ready

the difficulty of keeping things steady

my brain is confetti

as life feels heavy

still I will suceed

even if I bleed

they have no choice

the world will hear my voice
