Advertisements - An Acrostic Poem

Apparel, sweet dreams, false promises of fulfilled
Desires, desires sought after in
Vain, but that are still searched for
Endlessly, no matter how futile. Wants made into a
Reality through vivid images, words, and
Tales stretched to their limits. They cause the
Imagination to run wild, and the focus to
Scatter. Now, only the product is in the
Eyes of the watcher, on the
Mind of the beholder, the prey, being
Embedded into their memories, into their
Never-ending list of wishes, their wants;
They become enslaved, and shall be so,
Stay so, until the desire rests, temporarily satisfied.
