aesthetics apart

she was a soft girl,

and i a lonely e-boy

the life she wants of fairytale love and pastel colors;

is not the one i can give her, my world is full of terror and gloom

she listens to Ariana

while i listen to Nirvana

she peruses instagram;

as i lurk on tumblr

my dearest Aphrodite, is an enchantress of all things beautiful

i, her counterpart, of war and darkness

we are a beautiful madness as one,

Ares and Aphrodite

too destructive together

but unbearable without

because we are;

aesthetics apart
