The affects of Kendra

Rage,

She feels it daily,

Knowing that it consumes her body.

She convulses,

Thrashing wildly,

The one set to comfort has all but passed.

And there as they glance upon her,

With her gossamer hair,

Diminishing nightly.

She stares 'empty-eyed' out the window,

The park across the street brings her the memories.

Jake,

Dead and Gone,

Brought her here.
