Afraid

You had to leave,

Going to a whole new world,

And when you did,

Tears spilt from my eyes,

Afraid inside,

That i would never see you again,

Overcome with emotion,

I sank to my knees,

Until i heard your voice break through the darkness,

Telling me i will be fine,

You told me you loved me and you will miss me,

Well will find a way to see each other again,

Until then, don't be afraid.
