After 3:15

The cars moving outside campus grounds flow

As a web pigment on our own oiled plane.

Modern as can be, their boxy shapes go

On to counter the sidewalks sandy grain.

In a bliss of jolly timelessness, we

All walk by structures now aged out of date,

Occasional fresh construction may be

In between. School in a pure quiet state.

Ambler's, if not oftentimes warily,

Nimbly dive into the spry alumni

Traffic. We know the need to live freely

From caging structures meant to edify.

Drown out the noise; make a plan of attack,

While all the stress makes moisture coat your back.

J.C.G.

Born the youngest child to a disconnected mother, and an invisible father in Torrance, CA. Have always been a bit on the odd side of things, but have found that all the friends I need are just as peculiar. You have more chances of finding me with my head in a book than on social media, but i do have the seemingly required email. (^-^)
