After All This Time

I didn't see you 

I didn't know you were there

I look back from when we first met

to now when you kiss my forehead

You were always there 

Even when I was scared

I never realized 

how much you really cared

I look back on the times

when I was low and down

you always knew what to say

you always were around

I remember calling you late at night

when me and my mom had a fight

I even saved one of the text messages

that may of even saved my life

You said you never gave up on me

and your glad you never did

You have me by your side today

telling you that I'll love you til the end
