After Dylan's " Tom Thumb Blues."

Dylan, with that unmistakable " been there, done that" voice- it bears no honeyed sweetness just grit, honest sung oh, so true... and this ballad folksy it's like a corrido in English it's harmonicaed blues narrating misadventure- definitely a man's... Still, I identify all too well for my reminiscences of Juárez, tortured city live in my heart. While the music is a balm, like good tequila it soothes sorrow though only awhile... And the lyrics, like Joplin's meander sullied roads they commorate the fearless, who shrink neither from life or death- who dare and shout gritos into the unforgiving wind.
