Aftermath of The Sad Day

The Sad Day

The first poem I wrote

It led to another sad day

And another

And then the final.

Though it was my final,

the sad days did not stop.

But just as the sad days do not stop

Neither do my words

Poetry is a source of release

For when you have no one else.
