Again

For the longest it's been the same routine

So I try to pass with caution

You're impediment is so flawless

Getting through to you is the hardest

I've been so open hearted

And I've been feeling the softest

Because you laved my expectations

Of you being so thoughtful

Breaking down those wall of yours is the hardest

And I get it

It's hard to remember something

That I can not reminisce with

And it's your decision

To not know what's missing

You know all my confessions

You know that all of my greatest poetry was encouraged by you

And what we're going through

So this is just the beginning

Never ending

The story of reflection

Being misconcepted

And your egotism is so effortless

So when I start acting so listless

It's only for protection

From being hurt again...
