Agony

my body convulses
Shaking and
Wrenching
tear
tear
tear
tear
Streams down my checks
Overflowing

Sob after sob
Escaping
Breaking
Bursting
Shattering my ribs and lungs and heart
The point is I might
Love you
The point is you don’t even
Want me

Slowly
Quiet falls
the crashing tears
and gasping breaths
and agonizing sobs
Ease
but what is left behind
is almost worse
numb, cold as stone
sharp as ice
and most of all
Deathly
