Agony Of Heart's Break

My heart sits lonely in its small, little cage, Yearning for someone to bring out the sage; A cure for my everlasting death, My heart aching to take another happy breath. But what really hurts is that he can't see Me writhing in agony at his naivety. How does he not see or realize he burned my heart like the Sun? I only laugh at his every little pun!

Maddy Coates

Hi! I'm 14 years old, and I have Asperger's and ADHD. I like to get through my emotions through poetry, and sometimes I post them here. I love to get in touch with my creative side by writing, crafting, playing my violin, composing lyrics, sketching, cooking, and dreaming. In my free time, I also play poker, play games on my phone, play solitaire, so sudoku puzzles, watch anime, read, go on Pinterest, and play Fortnite. I'm a major weirdo, but my modo is, 'Weird is normal, and normal is weird.'
