Air

There is no person or object

I can't live without,

For I know that all that surounds me

comes in and goes out.

I embrace the beauty of people

and luxuries that are present today,

And, I appreciate the lessons adorned me

when they go away.

It is the air in my lungs,

as I breathe in and breathe out,

That allow me the time to adjust

as change comes about.

It is the air that I breathe

that is my one basic need...

As it provides eventual wisdom

to all challenges, indeed!
