Alcatraz Mind

Impenetrable. Inescapable.

Untraversable. Miserable.

The Alcatraz mind has a mind of its own.

Wake up and discover darkness

Looming in every corner.

Where will you turn?

Where can you turn?

In every corner there you find

A new instrument of torture.

Doubt. Fear. Anxiety. Rejection.

How could you choose?

Good news,

You don't have to.

They've all chosen you.
