Alice in the Dark

Living in a fantasy, lost within my dreams All i ever hear now is little children screams Blackened heart, blackened soul, nothing left but pain Here i am dreaming and i am caught again Broken little melodies play within my head Can you see the monster hiding beneath my bed? I have little voices deep inside my mind Here i am again, i shall leave all this behind But memories will haunt me, never soon to fade I can see them playing in many different shades I can hear the heart beat, beating in my chest There is nothing left, there is nothing left... Can you hear the screaming, can you tell the lies? There is nothing left, no more goodbyes Nothing but darkness fills the empty space I wish i could just leave this wretched place All hope is lost, everything is cold I think that the cause is a stolen soul My heart is empty, I'm just a hollow shell I swear to the heavens, i am living in hell Love is lost, burning in the ground I am listening, but i hear no sound Can you feel my heartache, can you see my words? These secrets I hide are way too obscured Wishing I can fly away, hoping I can hide All of these relationships torn apart by pride Dreaming wishes hope to find the true wish to dream Can you see the heart I've sewn, torn at the seam? I can hear wolves howling high at the moon I guess the world is to an end, it is coming soon Love and hate form themselves a nifty little pact I think this world we're living in is a little whack Here i go to wonderland, down the rabbit hole I just lost my mind, where is my soul? Come and sit with the rabbit, hatter, and me Let us joke and laugh and play, and drink a lot of tea. Let us go to the palace, of the red queen, "Off with their heads!" She is sure to scream Until the jabberwocky is dead and in the ground Oh his mighty roar, what a beautiful sound Ringing in my ears as his life finds its end Let us pretend, let us pretend Alice, the girl, has a very crazy mind Leaving reality and the truth behind...
