Alive
I breathe
My heart beats
The light reaches my eyes
Sound resonates within my ears
I am lucky
Silence for those that cannot speak due to lack of air
Bowed heads for still hearts
Hear these words so the light reaches your mind
Process these words so that you may know them
Feel your body’s presence
You are lucky
You are alive
