Alive

A woman of wonder is hard to find,

Beautiful to behold, yet tender to touch.

You are the woman of my dreams.

What will my world be without you?

How can my heart beat without you?

Will my life ever be full without you?

All a thought of a found love.

If I bring you the moon,

Will it replace your smile?

If I fetch you the sun,

Will it be brighter than your radiance?

If I drain out the waterfalls,

Will it sound better than your laughter?

All a thought of a found love.

My love awakens to the sound of your heartbeat.

My soul longs to hold and comfort thee.

My eyes are eager to see thy beauty.

I know my found love is alive in thee.

Love makes us have a reason to live. A new found love is what can make a hopeless person come back alive. This is what this poem is about.
