Alive
He Knows He Is Only Hurting Himself,
But If He Leaves Now He Will Make His Life Hell.
Getting Over Her Is The Best Thing For Him To Do,
But Yet He Wishes To Hear Her Say, "I Love You Too."
Regardless, He Knows That It Won't Be,
But Yet Is Still Too Blind To See
That He Is Only Killing The Last Flame He Has,
No More Fuel To Light The Fire, Only Ash.
He Is A Crow And She Is A Dove,
Two That Weren't Meant To Fall In Love.
He's Not A Phoenix That Can Be Reborn From The Ash,
So He Knows That His Fire Will Never Last.
Now The Crow Shows The Symbol Of Death,
As He Is Now While He Walks With Alcohol On His Breath.
Trying To Forget Her Image In His Head,
But Yet He Still Recalls The Words She Said.
How She Wishes That She Could Have Felt The Same,
She Doesn't Know How Much Those Words Caused Him Pain.
He Feels Stupid To Think They Could Have Been,
And Think Her Heart Was Something He Could Win.
He's Tired Of Making Love Songs For A Girl That Doesn't Care,
The Memories They've Had And The Things They Share.
Now He'll Finally Say That He Is Through,
But Its A Lie Bc, He Is Still In Love With You.
He Wants To Be The Guy That She Will One Day Love,
The One That Will Stand Way Above,
But She Will Love Another And He Will Be 3 Times The Man He Was,
And Even Then He Wouldn't Be Able To Get Over Her Because,
He Truly Sees Himself Being With Her Til The End,
She Is More Than A Girl, She's His Best friend.
He Is Waiting For The Day He Can Lay With His Dear,
And Whisper Cute Things Softly In Her Ear.
Don't Say A Word Beautiful And Enjoy The Silence,
Don't Try To Fight It And Be A Defiance.
He Is Trying To Make This World A Better Place,
But Is Still Lost In Her Beautiful Face,
Her Smile That Makes Him Feel Alive And The Hugs That He Will Die For,
Keep Eating Him Alive More And More.
He Is Merely An Empty Vessel At This Point,
Trying To Feel Alive With Another Joint.
He Only Feels Happy When She Is Around,
He Is Asking For Help Yet She Is No Where To Be Found.
He Wants Her By Hide Side,
So That He Can Finally Feel Alive.
She Is The Happiness He So Desperately Needs,
He Won't Be Able To Have Her So He Still Bleeds.
Dying Slowly Into He Has Nothing Left Inside,
No Hope For Him Even If He Tried.
He Tried To Fight Back As Much As He Can,
But Yet He Wasn't Able To Be Her Man.
