ALIVE

I love you, yet I don't know you

I see you in everything and in everybody

Your a collection every feeling and emotion there is

If I am love, then you are the constellations

Full of complexities and wonder

Basking in light all on your own

never selfish

you are truly a dream

I have never felt reality, only euphoria

I wish I knew more but that is all I know

But still, I imagine your voice jumping with laughter

A smile that is fond and kind

A hand that will always be open

But to find you I must cross an ocean

Between my fears of trust and betrayal

But somehow I know you will be with me

I cannot find you, that's how I know you'll find me

I never falter in my search but efforts are futile

Maybe your the missing clue

Our paradox is alive
